Up-Cycle Books

This was a another fun Fulcrum project, in association with CHEGG, promoting the up-cycling of old text books. Normally, text book publishers tend to rewrite or reorganize their books in order to sell new ones every year. Many of the old text books end up in land fills. This was a drive to make art with the discarded books. I decided to animate a Kaiju monster in a city of books. In retrospect, it seems like a waste of books for the end result, but don’t worry, it’s all digital. No books were harmed in the making of this animation.
